LOSE WEIGHT - BE HEALTHY

1. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

One of the most important factors in losing weight is drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Two liters is recommended. You may think you are hungry when you are thirsty. Drink water first, before you snack, before meals. Do NOT drink soda. Do NOT consume glocose. All natural juice contains sugar, as fructose, and milk contains sugar as lactose. Both sugars are not nearly as unhealthy as the refined unnatural glocose used in all other drinks.

2. AVOID DIET FOODS - EAT LESS

Don't think that diet food can be eaten without guilt. Diet food is a major cause of weight gain! Usually diet foods companies replace fat content with sugar, and increase calories. You can eat plenty of salad and vegetables without worrying about weight gain. Mainly cut off your sugar intake, and cut down your carbohydrate intake. Don't eat low fat salad dressing. Do not try to completely avoid fatty foods. Most important, eat less food, let your body adjust to smaller quantities of food, try a piece of fruit when hungry.

3. DON'T EAT BEFORE SLEEPING

Eating a big meal before bed helps to gain weight. A healthy salad will satisfy a sleepy constumer. A big meal will not convert to energy during your sleep. Eating sugar snacks or desserts before sleeping will definately help you gain weight. Try to snack on some fruit, and eat small meals.

4. BE ACTIVE

Find activities you enjoy, like swimming, biking, rollerblading, hiking, or dancing, and do them as often as you can. Don't buy equipment you'll never use, unless you find activities you can excersice during, such as watching TV or ironing. Don't join a gym without a friend for motivation. If all else fails, just go run.
